Freshness
Our cookies are baked fresh daily and we do not use any preservatives in our baked goods. Cookies stay fresh sealed in their packaging for 7-10 days. Our cookies freeze well if you are not able to consume them immediately.
Shipping Policies & Schedule
Orders ship out Monday-Friday. Orders are typically shipped the day after they are placed, but it may take us a little longer to fulfill your order during busy times/holidays.
Advanced Ordering
You may place your order up to 10 days before you would like it to be shipped out. Please let us know your desired delivery date in the notes/gift note section when placing your order. If you do not include this information here, your order will be sent out ASAP.
We cannot guarantee when your package will arrive, but we will do our best to accommodate delivery date requests. Delivery date requests can be made in the notes section after entering your shipping/billing info. Please keep in mind that some packages may arrive earlier or later than the date you select because of uncontrollable factors such as weather.
Date Restrictions
Please note that some dates cannot be selected for delivery. Here are some of the most common reasons that your very important date may not be available:

- Packages cannot be delivered on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Years Eve (ground only), and New Years Day & all major national holidays.
- Packages cannot be sent out for shipment on Major Holidays.

Delivery Locations
We ship anywhere in the USA. Orders are shipped from Ferndale, MI. At this time, we cannot send orders outside of the U.S.A.
P. O. Boxes Deliveries
Since we ship our orders through FedEx we cannot ship our products to P.O. Boxes or APO and FPO addresses. Please provide a direct home address.
Overnight Shipping
We DO NOT OFFER OVERNIGHT SHIPPING, but we Do offer EXPRESS 2 DAY SHIPPING. You will be able to select this option at checkout.
